All three of the jobs I've been in since graduating college two years ago
have been Nerf-friendly establishments. There is quite an assortment of
assault weapons with ammunition ranging from 2" long darts to 12" arrows.
There are even belt-fed guns (mine has a belt that holds 12 darts).
Some have pseudo-laser sights (the manager from my last job),
and some have a range of 30 feet. It's quite a riot, and even the most
mild-mannered among us joins in.

If you want to start a tradition, though, be prepared to lay out some
dough. The guns are expensive, and replacement ammunition (replacing the
darts that get stuck to lighting fixtures/lost under desks/stepped
on/etc.) is even more expensive. But it's worth it, for sure!
