Does anyone have suggestions about developing wordless manuals? I have
a new client (chemical testing kits) for whom I'm going to do a set of
instructions in English, but we're both pretty interested in doing
something without words. The product will have an international market,
and it would be very cost-effective, not to say elegant, if we could do
something that didn't need to be translated.
Suggestions for resources? Useful books?
By the way, I tried to search the techwr-l archives for this but was
unable to do so. Now I need to send a note to the site administrator.
