Hello Frank, and everyone,
I have run across this problem several times, and I *think* I have the
answer - at least, it was the answer for us. The first thing to do is make
sure the same template is being used - that the machines are pointing to
the same place on the server. This can make a big difference, although, in
theory, it isn't supposed to. Second, make sure the printer drivers are
identical. This is more than likely what is causing the problem - if the
printer drivers are different, even different versions, you can see the
kind of formatting problems you are describing. Also, be sure to check that
hidden text and field codes are off - this can mess up printing, too, but
would be obvious on the printed copy.
I hope these things help you solve the problem. Let us know how it works out!
Good luck,
Karen Rodgers
