internal documentation. Must have a minimum of three years tech
writing experience and some online help experience. Must be a
self-starter who is interested in software from a user perspective.
Procedures Writers
Contract positions writing procedures for business processes. Must
have good writing skills and have experience with procedure writing.
Technical Writers
Temp-to-hire position in RTP. Must have two to five years technical
writing experience combined with datacommunications or
networking background and online help experience.
Online Help Developers
Long-term contract positions developing online help. Must have
three to five years technical writing experience and experience using
Doc-to-Help or RoboHelp and Word.
Technical Writers
Research, plan, write, update, and produce customer
documentation. Must have 2-5 years of experience,
telecommuncations knowledge,and Interleaf skills. On-going need.
