I am preparing a business plan that includes historical financial
information in an appendices. The original financial information includes
an accountant's notice which is referenced at the bottom of income
statements, balance sheets, etc. It's main purpose is to state that the
financial information was not audited.
Would it be necessaty to include such a notice in a business plan? It has a
signature and introduces a weak link with respect to providing the printer
with fully electronic contents. If it is acceptable to exclude, should I
make some kind of reference?
