FWIW, I'm currently working on about 250 pages of text describing
standard
functions that are used in any number of the subaps of our 35-subap
program.. things like using the report generator, sorting, filtering...
stuff like that. I'm putting material that needs to be customized for
each
specific ap. in blue text -- the writer working on the specific subaps
can
search for blue, and edit as s/he needs.
There's a terrifying lot of text that is just boilerplate, and won't
need
editing.
