I'm a lurker on the IE-HTML mailing list as well as this one. By expert, MS
means "webmasters:" coders of HTML, DHTML, Java, JScript, VBscript,
and all the web bells-and-whistles. I've seen recommendations that IE4 *not*
be installed on a computer if you need it for work (like writing web pages).
Unless you have a reason to install IE4.0, it's probably safer (and less stressful)
to stick with the known and proven version (IE 3.02).
