To generate the PostScript files:
1. Open the document in Framemaker.
2. Choose Print.
3. In the Print Document dialog box, select the Print Only to File
checkbox and specify a path and file name.
4. Select the Generate Acrobat Data checkbox. Click the Acrobat Setup
button. In the dialog box that appears, specify what styles you want to
turn into hyperlinks. Click Set. Click Print. The PS file should be
created.
5. Run the PS file through Acrobat Distiller. The resulting PDF file
should have hyperlinks.
