Marketing Applications Mgr- JAVA, Java Script and C++ -
Salary $75-80,000 plus benefits.
Prefers BS with 3 plus years recent expertise in object oriented software.
Should know Java, Java Script and C++ applications for Internet software
applications. Will do industry and trade show research to determine market
demand and communicate this demand to the applications developers, and
ultimately into software functionality.
Will be in non-supervisory role reporting to VP Operations of a growth
firm. Will be on front line in highly visible position and have ear of
this firms top execs.
Prefers 3 years minimum experience in Human resources field with additional
knowledge of related HR software develpt as from firms as Peoplesoft,
Ceridian or ADP.
Must have had at least 3 years recent experience in market research
supporting commercial internet code and applications running under Win 95
and NT.
Seeks good project management skills (specs and documentation
writing, setting and communicating expectations, scheduling,
presentations).
