Subject: Is this a Caution or a Warning
When you have such a large amount of text in upper case, it tends to negate
the warning. Everything blends in. We would use a mixture of upper and
upper/lower case like this:
The power supplies pose SERIOUS HIGH VOLTAGE and HIGH CURRENT
ELECTRICAL HAZARDS during service. Most POWER SUPPLY TERMINALS and
BACKPLANE BUSES present an ELECTRICAL HAZARD. Extra caution and care must
be emphasized when servicing these areas. When servicing these power
supplies, the following items should not be worn: RINGS, WATCHES,
NECKLACES, and other METAL ORNAMENTS.
I know it's not always possible to make new changes due to style
guides.
