Hey Dan et. Twirlers...

Actually a course I took you know the answer a question
with a question prof. has a neat chapter in the book
he contributed to on this.

There are educational as well as industry-based mapping.

Take Gantt (distant cuzzin' henry) Charts. Not really a
mind map or info. map but sorta'.

Naw... simply call it a generic mind mapping,
process mapping etc. etc. etc.

For instance ol' Gloria Geary (hope I sp? it right)
on EPSS. She sorta' coined this term. But others use
it in a more generic sense.

Electronic Performance Support Systems.

So what the heck is that silly buzz you say...

Tech. Writing and other informational employee
training materials on-line. The Mager idea...
just-in-time, just-enough, on-demand.

If anyone *ever* bumps into Mager or takes his
workshop (expensive make your company pay) tell
him he owes me a quid pro quo free workshop ;-)
