This message is for another Rebecca who was asking about Texas. I tried to
answer her offline, but my email was returned...so here it is.

Greetings from Texas! Yes, Texas is a great place to work...esp the Dallas
Metroplex area. There are lots of jobs and the pay is great. Austin, too
has alot of jobs for TW, but most are not entry-level (My daughter has
just graduated from UT there and is looking for an entry TW position,
but no luck yet. If you have experience, you should have no problem at all.
Also, law enforcement here in the Metroplex area is doing very well. I have
a brother-in-law on the Plano Police force, a former brother-in-law on
the Garland Police force, and one of my daughter's friends is newly
employed by the Carrollton Police Dept. The Garland Police Dept. is
looking for people right now.

Spanish is a DEFINITE plus in Texas...he will have no problem getting
hired anywhere in Texas, though the pay is best here in the Metroplex.

Good luck. I'm sure you'll love Texas, y'all.

Becky
