Subject:Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Prevention? From:John -dot- Cornellier -at- PARIS -dot- IE -dot- PHILIPS -dot- COM Date:Mon, 18 Aug 1997 16:14:54 +0200
Dennis Hays helpfully suggested an exercise to help relieve the symptoms of
carpal tunnel syndrome.
I don't have CTS, but I imagine that, like most people who spend a lot
of time at a keyboard/mouse, there's a certain risk.
An ounce of prevention being worth a pound of cure, does anyone know of ways to
_prevent_ CTS?
Is there medical evidence pointing to specific causes? Things to avoid doing?
Things to do to counteract the things you can't avoid doing?
And to all CTS sufferers - get well soon!
