There's a software program called ErgoBreak, which interrupts your work
every 55 minutes and uses Apple Time movies to lead you through 5
minutes of exercises that relieve strain throughout the body. One
session it may be for your shoulders, another time it may be for your
wrists, etc. I've been using it for three weeks, and being reminded to
take that break and do those exercises certainly has helped. You can set
various preferences, including the break to more or less than 55
minutes. I'm not sure where the company is, but if anyone is interested,
I can find out. Just e-mail me directly.

You don't need to fear the darkness; all you do is light a candle.
