Allyn,

I asked the same question about the same interface used in their TechNet
package.
It is a proprietary interface but I was told the same thing can be built
in
visual basic. As I remember, MS told me that there were some sample
files
in the visual basic developer's kit that are similar and can be changed
to
match the interface you are talking about.

I never had the time (or perhaps the required knowledge) to explore it
further.

I would be interested to know if anyone has developed this and if it
is available.
