I'm going to be evaluating the mif2rtf filter from Omni systems
(http://www.omsys.com/dcl/mif2rtf.htm) to see if it can do the job.
I've heard good things about it. They claim it can take a Frame MIF,
convert it to RTF that is ready for the help compiler -- no Word or
HAT needed. I'll let you (the list) know how it does in a couple of
weeks.
