Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for the server documentation set,
which currently includes a user's guide, reference manual, system
administrator's guide, installation guides, and release notes. As the
product grows in depth and sophistication, enhance the existing
documentation and develop new documentation if needed. Estimate and maintain
schedules. Gather information by interviewing software engineers and reading
engineering specs. Participate in project meetings. Participate in shaping
the future of our documentation as a member of a small technical
publications team..

Qualifications: At least three years experience writing for a technical
audience. Experience writing server documentation preferred. Strong
technical aptitude and ability to write clearly and succinctly about
technical concepts. An understanding of the basic concepts of
object-oriented programming and client/server technology. Knowledge of SQL,
RDBMS, UNIX, and NT. Ability to work both independently and as a responsible
member of a team. BA or equivalent. Working knowledge of FrameMaker.
Experience producing online documentation is a plus.

Documentum will assist candidates with relocation if necessary. Documentum
