This is a macro virus & it is everywhere. By the way any other docs you opened
with Word since you opened the infected docs are infected too. It's usually not
too serious:

1. Get a copy McAfee shareware off the net or better yet buy it.
2. Delete normal.dot (don't worry, Word creates a new one).
3. run McAfee on your whole disk (check the help for the right switches if you
get the command line version) and Bob's yer uncle.
