I am seeking a consultant to evaluate the editorial quality of the
publications office of a university department of electrical and computer
engineering. The main function of the office is to check MS and PhD theses
for proper format and clear, correct technical prose style.
The consultant should be an experienced technical editor, familiar with the
academic guidelines and requirements for theses written in technical
fields. Consulting references should be supplied.
