I haven't seen this topic on the list, so I thought I would through it
out. What is a common way for emphasis in documentation? I have
developers using bold, underline, italics, or any combination of these
within the same document. Is there one standard? What is your
opinion? Personally, I think bold should be reserved for notes,
warnings, and cautions, yet underlines look stupid and italics make me
think of references to books. Any suggestions?
