I think ITWG is a super idea, and I have a few comments:

It should be easy to find ITWG on the Internet. When I first got into this
business a couple of months ago, I used the Alta Vista to search for
"documentation". I didn't find anything useful that way, but maybe things
could be made so that ITWG turned up first when broad search terms like
this (or "writing" or "technical AND manual",...)? I am more "writer" than
"technical", so I wouldn't know if it's possible.
