Ann,

You can probably get a lot of useful information here, but I think
you'll need
to supply a bit more information first:

- What are you converting from?
- What kind of HTML-based help are you interested in creating (there's
HTML Help from Microsoft, Net Help from Netscape, JavaHelp from Sun, and
of course plain vanilla HTML)
