Now that I have your attention, I am the branch manager of our Raleigh
office. I am looking to add to a third recruiter to my staff by year
end.

You should call me and we should chat if any of the below are true:

1) You have more than 15 consultants billing and you are earning less than $50k

2) You are tired of "big company" politics, commission re-structuring and
territory re-shuffling

3) You would like more "autonomy" with your recruiting style

4) Want more variety in the types of positions your place (i.e. perm or
contract, >1 skill set)

I am looking for a recruiter who is:

1) Not afraid to cold call
2) Wants to earn lots of $$
3) Is a self-start and self-motivated
4) Able to "CLOSE THE DEAL"
5) Familiar with local technical writing AND info. technology candidate pool

We offer a VERY competitive commission plan that will allow you to earn
as much as 20% commission on contract placements and 35% commission on
permanent placements. No limits, no gimmicks. You earn commission as
long as the consultant is billing.
