This seems like a problem I found a while ago, where the leading between
bulleted items was fine for the first item in a list, and then got
progressively smaller throughout the list. The Blue Sky folks sent me a
patch that basically fixed the problem; email their tech support folks and
ask them if it will fix your problem.
