You can scale the figures by editing the .ps files. If you are in the UNIX
enviorenment, use the *vi* editor to open the files. You will find
statements related to rotation or translation of the figures, along with
the scaling used for the figures. Change the figure scales manual. Check
the changed figure either by xwindows or ghostiew.
