Thank you to everyone who wrote me about the top end for distilling to
PDF--sounds like a 50 MB or larger .ps file should be no problem! Also
sounds like there's no sure-fire way to measure how big a PDF will end
up, although some people indicated a ballpark estimate. (And they posted
to the list, so I won't repeat.)
(By the way, I wanted to be super-polite this time and thank everyone
who wrote me personally, but I "cleaned out" my mailbox before
thinking.)
