Subject:Putting doc email address in user docs? From:The Tech Writer <techwrtr -at- CRL -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 9 Oct 1997 12:27:53 -0700
In the QuickBooks Pro user guide manual, in the beginning, there was a
section that listed an email address (techdocs -at- intuit -dot- com, I think) so
that users could give feedback on what the user guide missed, what would
help, or whatever came to mind. Has anyone on the list done anything
similar? Did it work well, or were most of the emails received asking for
tech. support? Would you recommend it to others?
