I just wanted to add a request that everyone be as specific as possible in
their subjects. For example, if it's a Word 97 problem, if you include that
it's a graphics or copy and paste problem or whatever, we can find it
easily later. I don't have time to read every entry but file away a good
percentage for when it need them.
