Wouldn't the inclusion of section numbers to get "chapter 3, section
2, page 1" depend on how you defined the Section to the user. If you
use a Heading 2 (since Heading 1 would be the Chapter) to delineate
the Section breakouts then all you have to do is include a styleref
field for heading 2 as well as heading 1. To get the numbering to work
you would put a section break at each new section, as well at each new
chapter and then restart your number at each new section/chapter.
