How about tech. ed. (yes they are tech. writers too)
interns that are expected to not only serve a one
year's internship *plus* pay their university tuition
and other assorted fees each qtr/sem. for the
privilege of interning???

Hmmmm.

It occurs.

So $10 -at- hr -dot- sounds great. Shootfire I have
worked for minimum wage no problemo and
been glad. The biggest point here is if
you cannot afford to intern then don't.
