All,

Can anyone tell me (for sure) how online and hard copy documentation for
software are copyrighted? It seems to me that both would receive
protection under the same filing that is made for the software itself.

I know that the filing is not required to establish the right and so
on.... The question is, if a filing and deposit with the Library of
Congress is made for the software, is that also considered to suffice
for the associated documentation?
