Richard, when was the Sun book published? It would be great to get a style guide that is recent, i.e., 1997.

I like the first one (also called Read Me First and published by
Prentice-Hall) because the accompanying CD has a reasonably coherent set of
FrameMaker templates. Unfortunately, the templates contain some serious
