You might think script recording is the way to go, but often times it's
faster and easier to create the screen movement by hand. Most professionals
use products liek Macromedia Director or Authorware. However, there are
cheap but good programs like Lotus ScreenCam that work okay for this: it is
esssentially a glorified script recorder in that you can augment the
recording in a variety of ways using some very easy to learn and use tools.

You will notice that many of the Microsoft products don't appear to give
credit to anyone for their tutorials (e.g., the Macromedia logo doesn't
appear at the end like it is supposed to). This is because Microsoft has
several thousand programmers and they create their tutorials in C.
