Hi!
An illustrator here is looking to make an icon file (*.ico) from
a bitmap. He has a package that will do that, but the bitmap
must be in bitmap 3.0 format.
No other packages that we have appear to do this (i.e., CorelDraw,
Photopaint, etc.)

1. Can anyone recommend how convert a standard bitmap to a
bitmap 3.0?
or
2. Can anyone recommend how to convert a standard bitmap to an
icon file (*.ico).
