Basically they are VERY uncompatible formats, because hlp and html
are screen formats not linked to pages, while pdf's are page
oriented. But of course it is possible.
The quick and dirty way is to print your hlp and html files to "file"
using a PostScript printer (it does not need to be physically
connected because you print to file, only), and then distill the
resulting .prn or .ps file with Adobe Distiller or Exchange. You may
need to make some minor adjustment to avoid html lines and images to
be splitted over two pages.
