Tammy,

Someone once gave me an easy way to remember. If you can replace the word in
question with "he," use who. If you can replace the word in question with "him,"
use whom.

For instance;

He was at the store.
Who was at the store?

It was him at the store.
It was whom at the store?

Pretty cool and simple. It works for me!
