For me, the two greatest problems with Frame are:
--lack of macros in the Windows version (this is the one area where I
consider MS Word ahead). This isn't as grim as it sounds, since
FrameMaker has some features that I would ordinarily use a macro for in
Word, but it is still a nuisance.
--the inability to search, spell check or perform other functions across
the book file. I know that IXgen, a FrameMaker plug-in, can work across
a book, so there is probably no good reason why FrameMaker itself can't.
