Does anyone know of any references to\studies about readability etc of
online documents? I've been scanning the archives and found a few. I know
all the basic stuff re sans serif for body text etc but would like to know
of any authorative studies. Plus does anyone know of any variations -
readability (fonts etc) variations depending on the reader background?
