Copying Chapters in Ventura 7.0

Subject: Copying Chapters in Ventura 7.0

Ventura 7.0 persistently closes down when i try to copy a chapter from
One Publication to another in NAVIGATOR.
There is nothing wrong (that I can find) with the Chapters in question.
(sometimes it works, sometimes it dont)

Is there anyone who has expirienced this, and solved the problem.
