As another example, Netscape Communicator has BOTH options on its File
menu. You can have more than one instance of the application open at one
time (several browsers going). You use Close if you want to close *just*
the window/instance you are in. If you choose Exit, you will get a
confirmation message to "close all windows and exit Netscape?"
