In the 3/31/98 issue of the Buffalo News, they reprinted an
article from the Chicago Tribune quoting a number of consultants, software
engineers, and self-proclaimed "propeller-heads" about how computers &
software are "as user-friendly as Attila the Hun." While the points were
basic, perhaps those of you who are looking for arguments for better
interfaces/earlier involvement could find some nifty quotes and possibly
resources...
