Just to add my two cents, I like the mix of cubicle (easy access) and
quiet area (for do not disturb think sessions). Maybe I'll ask upper
management if there's going to be any plans to implement a designated
quiet space in the future...

Well, there's no place on earth where you're safe from expansionism,
