KBA/DesignWrite, based in Southern California, has an immediate need for
senior instructional design contractors whose consulting/employment
history includes work within a power plant or within other public
utility settings. In addition to excellent communication skills, you
must:

-- Have seven or more years' experience that includes job
analysis, task analysis, gap analysis, audience
analysis, design documents/blueprints, paper-based
and/or electronic courseware, job aids, tests/
certifications, implementation, transfer of learning
strategies, and at least two out of four levels in
program evaluation.

-- Have designed and developed programs for technical
skills (IS and non-IS), management/supervisory
development, or both

-- Be available for 20% to 40% travel within a one-hour
plane ride into major California airports

Experience with focus groups, non-training interventions, and structured
OJT are real plusses.
