If proofreading is what they want (especially for the work of 100+
consultants), then they should hire a dedicated proofreader. I'm trying to
equate this to my own business environment, and it would be as if I were
required to read every engineering report, sales report, ECN, sales
presentation, etc. I'd never get any of my work done.
