* Technical Writer/Trainer Experience
* Prefer minimum of 1-3 yrs software documentation experience, (With one years experience you need to be a sharp writer).
* Latest in tools & techniques: ONLINE HELP (Such as RoboHelp, Doc-To-Help) a plus
* Responsible for supporting & documenting SW development and help systems
* A PLUS: 4 year degree english OR communications
* Must have excellent communications skills (pretty important for a tech writer wouldn't you say?)
Both in Jacksonville. Two contract. Willing to go perm or temp-to-perm on one position.
