Was in answer to this:
women are now making $0.72 for every male dollar.
I do some number-crunching and get:
$.92 for every male dollar. (Though how we can tell which of the dollars
are males, I haven't yet determined.) I haven't looked at the methodology
of the survey but I would suspect that this number is not significantly
different from parity (meaning the probable error in the survey -- the
difference between its numbers and reality -- is quite likely greater than
10%).
