Type in the numbers.

I had a lot of trouble with both numbered and bulleted lists when I
"upgraded" to 97. To solve the bullet issues, I ended up deleting the
bullet style defs from both normal.dot and the doc template I was using
and starting over. I never could fix the numbering issues. Microsoft
confesses to the bugginess, at least -- there is some info in the
Knowledge Base on microsoft.com -- but frankly, I don't have enough
occasion to use auto-numbered lists to warrant messing with the
workaround. I just type in the numbers.
