You are all missing my intent and purpose for posting to this group.
I don't need to post to this group for marketing reasons. I already
have over 15,000 users and a few Tech writers won't make a hill of beans
for me in that department.

I intent for being on this group and several others like it, is that I
would like to influence you in some small way to open your minds to a new
way of teaching and learning. With our computers we are no longer
restricted to just TELLING our users how to do this or that, but we can
help them to discover for themselves.

This is the reason I sent the testimonials! These are people (I have
thousands more!) who have learned something, and were moved enough to
write and thank me. How many people on this list have such testimonials
to THEIR documentation??

If you are thinking of writing INTERACTIVE documentation, make it
USERactive. Give them an environment to experiment in, to take chances
in, and most of all to create in.
