FrameMaker will probably get the nod, but the more I see of it, the more I
think of the Emperor's new clothes. I for one, say he's naked! Releasing a
new version (5.5) that cannot import directly from the most popular (God
knows why) word processor is like Detroit designing a card that will not
run on Shell gasoline.

However, that popular word process, Word, is certainly no better, and
particularly Word97, a giant leap backward.
