There is a market in Germany (and in most Western European Countries).
Check the Website of tekom, the German equivalent to the STC:

http://www.tekom.de/

Another source is our homepage at the Fachhochschule Hannover (Uniersity
of Applied Sciences):

http://www.ik.fh-hannover.de/tr/

Both sites are in German only.
